Concrete Slab Leak in Pflugerville, TX

On this loss it is hard to see the water damage because the water is permeating up through the slab and underneath the ceramic tile. Ceramic Tile can be very resilient to water damage and show very little signs of moisture retention, thus making it dificult to notice a water intrusion. However, due to the length of time in which the leak was continous, moisture began to wick up the sheetrock and into the baseboards. All affected sheetrock and baseboards had to be removed due to the length of time and the amount of moisture contained therin.
